Our chicken are grilled right in front of you and served directly from the grill spit. None of the produce we offer in our van is frozen or fried. Freshness and quality are in our center of attention: Starting from the purchase of the fresh chicken over seasoning up to perfect hygienic preparation in our sales mobiles.

Natural chicken
We use only natural poultry. Natural chicken is the basis for best flavor and a natural taste. Natural chicken contains no hormones, antibiotics or artificial ingredients.

We get our chickens farm-fresh from reliable, local suppliers. We do support locally grown produce. The short distances allow a high freshness thus we can guarantee the high quality you can trust in.
Bavarian seasoning
The Bavarian recipe is a well-kept secret. There is one thing we can tell you: it is very unique: a special mixture of salt, pepper, curry, rosemary and fine herbs that gives the unmistakable taste to our COUNTRY GRILL-Chicken. Each Chicken is marinated by hand with this secret mixture the day before it is grilled. The unique taste comes from our homemade mixture of premium herbs using a traditional Bavarian recipe.
Trained grill professionals
The perfect grill process of rotisserie chicken needs a well-trained grillmaster. It is not as easy as it might look. All members of COUNTRY GRILL are genuine professionals and had to complete a solid and intensive training to ensure our high quality and taste standards.
